My stay was a nightmare from start to finish. I arrived late only to find out the hotel was closed, forcing me to sleep in my rental car. The room I eventually got was dirty, with stained furniture and sheets that hadn't been cleaned. The staff tried to help, but the overall conditions were unacceptable. On the plus side, they have three pools, which was nice, but the place needs serious renovations and better cleaning protocols.
